Application summary — static board-to-board, dynamic flex, automotive, HV electronics, etc.
Electrical targets — voltage, current, temperature, impedance or EMI notes if known.
Mechanical targets — length, fold plan, flex cycles, mating connector family and pitch.
Compliance — UL/CSA style preferences, halogen-free needs, automotive quality expectations.
Volume & timeline — prototype vs mass production, target region of assembly.

What “good” looks like in an email

Subject lines that mention product family + pitch/style + target temperature get answered faster than vague “need catalogue” notes. Attach a draft drawing even if incomplete. State whether you need FFC (SUMI-CARD), jumper lead, heat-resistant PVC, SUMIFLEX, or IRRAX specifically.
